A tradicional dished.

Today,we are going to do “Gachamiga”.

-INGREDIENTS.


   -60 cl of olive oil.
   -A garlic.
   - 1 litre of water.
   -250 g of flour.
   -Four sausages.
   - And salt.


-Elaboration.

We have to heat the oil in a large jump. We must fry the garlic. After, we take out of fire, and wait it.

We remove the pan, put the flour and stir with the oil to all flour thoroughly moistened .After, put the pan into the fire.
Begin to put water and the salt. We have to make the dense paste.Add the garlic and cut sausages in four pieces.

Work the mass with spoon to five living and moving it to prevent sticking in the pan.We must cut the mass and brood to air.We have to do this to the mass be great cooked.

Finally,when the “gachamiga” is good cooked,we must eat it with spoon,fork or bread.This is our recipe.
